That's either going to be a US destined Pacer 500, Super Viper or 2nd gen Viper.
Basically the same frame for all three, unless 500 is stamped on the rear dropouts and it will be a dedicated early Pacer 500 frame. :daumenhoch:

It's certainly a tricky one as it does have skyway decals, throws you off the scent. :LolLolLolLol:

does it have a serial number or any markings on it. this might help to identify
pretty sure that its not a skyway though. some diamond back models had mounts for chain guard never seen them on any type of skyway frame though
if you get a serial number i'm pretty sure I can find out what it is
-
i may be a noob :uglystupid2: but i just thought this was a diamondback coz of the gusset got a shape of a diamond lol okay you can laugh at me
-
modfather you are probably right. however, there is nothing to have stopped some one with a skyway welding the gussets on.
However, it is probably more likely someone with a db wanting to make it into a skyway.
hell they were much cooler . imho
serial number would give us more clue

Yeah, and I bet they removed the seat/chain stay, replaced with a looptail and paid a plumber to bend the tubing into shape. ;)
