Ask at your local good quality bike shop for 20mm shims, profile ones fit very nicely which i got from groove racing :daumenhoch:

The bearings you got off me were 20mm, is your axle a redline flite axle or a proline one? Try freezing the bearings before fitting them, that usually gives a bit more clearance

You need a top hat shim to reduce the inside diameter of the bearing, no idea who sells them. I had the same issue a few year back, I ended up smashing my old bearing with a hammer to get at the shim and just re used that :-\

Im afraid its bad news they where in this section http://www.customriders.com/prodlist.asp?a=cat&parent=1001&cat=10&sort=3&pg=1
But they are no longer there I think they where called GBH adaptors to fit 19mm shaft into 20mm bearings. Give them a ring they may still have them on the shelf but not on the website. Good luck :daumenhoch:

I will probably get shot for this :2gunsfiring_v1:
I got some cranks with a frame and the bearings were rough, so thought no worries looked on the side of the old bearings for the number 6004, ordered 2 new bearings from ebay £3 delivered. found to be too tight on the spindle, so tried a bearing shop to see if it was my cheap bearings, but same with there's. This was on the saturday before the CIN ride. So here comes my bodge of the year, fitted a bolt into the end of the spindle, clamped it in my drill and set to work with a fine file on the spindle, kept trying bearings, once it got close swapped to wet and dry paper until spindle shiny and bearings just needing a slight tap with a hammer. Fitted  together with anti-seize compound.
JOB DONE.
