burner?
Thats what we thought at first glance! however we think burners are looped??? And have two holes?? :-\ :-\ Somebody must know! ??? ??? Its bugging me!! Akisu forks! i tell you what the chrome is cleaning up brill whatever it is!! Keep thinking :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:

It's not a Burner, mki's are looped but the gusset is different to that, among other things, too.
MKii's aren't looped but have no gusset and oval tubes.
it has the SR stem that came on early burners though I reckon.

Cheers jt but funny enough its not sr its ITN whatever that is ??? local news in my area!! ;D the crank is three piece and its either a hammerhead or a T thats on it? Needs cleaning! :-\ keep thinking its really bugging the hell outta me!! :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:

MKI burners didn't have welding that good, also the down tube was crushed flat then welded to the bottom of the BB shell. the crank is a crappy cotterless crank, they always went loose and lost the pins in the arms that hold them on, found on things like Grifters and such. Maybe it's a real early Burner before they changed the welds and gusset? :-\

Are you sure the stem says ITN and not ITM?
Either way, I'm sorry to say I don't think it's a big score

it looks like an early 80's cheap 60 quid bike, that you would buy from a petrol station
my first bmx was a bike like that
the cranks and what looks like a euro BB give it away!
take what you want off it, bung some TA stickers on, then put it on ebay

hmm - actually, I need one of those seatpost clamps :crazy2:
