wicked
i think that is the best i have ever seen him ride! on the flat anyways
not sure how competitive he would have been at the time, but that is some top old school flatland
-
Never seen that before, very smooth he makes it look effortless.. :daumenhoch:
-
nice and smooth, but 90% of those tricks would have been at least two years out of date if it was 1988.

Brill, and that moonwalk :4_17_5:
I'd like to give that first trick a try :coolsmiley:
Paul :)

Genius.

i think it still got him 4th, the mans a legend

Saw him do a very similar routine at the Velodrome that year and it was just a joy to watch. I think he won too.
There's somethin' about watchin' a true professional at work that does it for me. He's just so smooth and controlled and obviously at one with the bike - most of the flatland "pros" of today would laugh at this, but then, I think that's the problem with flatland today - too damn serious and too damn technical. Nobody can relate to it anymore.
I have to say that I think Fiola shows what bmx is really about - enjoying yourself and doing it with style.

Just stumbled in this. Always loved Fiolas energy and innovative fun.
