they could be the lg lites, which were a thinner tubed pair of 20" forks.

ummm same here looks thin ask he to measure around the leg and better photo's of the drop outs
unstamped dropouts are around 2 to 3 mm thick pretty thin, might be lites

24" or lites, hard to tell from the crappy pics ???
Looks like genuine ol' SE stuff as they have the american flag sticker on the headtube, you don't get it with the repro LG decals (http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/Smileys/smilies/wink.gif)

They look real to me but be careful with that seller. I won an item from him last week. Soon after I paid I get a message that an error had been made and he sent my money back. Turns out he has done this to several other buyers as well.
