anyone know when these cranks date back to??

I would say early to mid 90s, I remember having a pair on my 95 GT Fueller BITD.

I'v got a pair now on my 96 Condor  :)

dam thought they may have been
earlier was gunna fit them to a new project
but cant if they are 90's :-[ :-[

dwain the profile gt cranks were on PFT bikes from 92 but i think i did see a pic of them in a gt catalog from 89 !!!

as for wildwoods i  think they are 96 onwards !!!

i think they are made by redline as they look very similar to prolines and i would hazzard a guess the the spindle is 20mm tapered down to 19mm with six splines,

they might have made these from 96 - 2000 after which the made the power series cranks out of alloy.

i'm trying to research the gt cranks as much as i can at the mo once i am certain of the facts i will put up a post for them :daumenhoch:

powerlite also had a crank identical to wildwoods in the mid to late nineties

Tap NYSoul up for some late 80's Power Series pictures if your doing those to, he has about 5 sets of them now.

i think they may have shared a similar circle of manufacturers as the 90's progressed pressumable as not as many manufacturers about due to the arse falling outa bmx, thats my thinkin anyway, and im mental :crazy2:
