is it for 1" as it seemed too tight on 11/8 forks so i did'nt force it just put it in the loft

thats what happened with that Hoffman Superfork and stem I got. it threadd the stem when I tried t put the stem on. Only way it would go on was by turning the stem onto the fork threads.

I cant remember the ral code .... I think it was 6005 moss green.

my stem slips on easy.I think the later ones were the ones with the problems.
the fork is a 1" threaded clamp on with a stem bolt that locks down via the thread on the inside of the fork shaft.

Post by: welsh denny on December 19, 2007, 11:53 PM: i used to own an se made big daddy in chrome. didn't have those graphics though, i remember it being a yellow hoffman bikes logo which curved ( on the downtube) and a small big daddy on the front end of the toptube. have to dig out the video and do sum stills.
