anyone got any info on these buggers, as i can't remember them or what year?, they are 1" threaded
and hold a 20" wheel

I think those black ones were the later ones which came on later cheap / low end haros such as the haro revo?

who dropped acid in the haro hq water tank for every bike after the 92 master and the rest of the 90s?  disgusting! look at that catalogue page, it's like a vanilla ice album cover!
