Title: race inc rm2
Post by: richboy on December 23, 2007, 11:02 PM: just got myself a race inc rm2 frame and forks, its stamped with 07755 on the bottom bracket. could anyone tell me its age from that? im new to the game so need some help. cheers guys :daumenhoch:

Post by: RaceGTinc. on December 25, 2007, 02:05 AM: Hard to tell exact years of RaceInc. frames I have a RM-2 that i believe is from around 83, Is the serial# really on the BB, this is strange to me as RaceInc. number all their frames on the right dropout!

Post by: RaceGTinc. on December 28, 2007, 01:48 AM: Well with some further research RM-2 were made from 81-84, but like I said, I've never seen a RaceInc. serial numbered at the BB. Pics would be really handy!

Post by: RaceGTinc. on January 02, 2008, 05:18 AM: Definitely a RaceInc. RM-2, but those numbers on top of the BB have been done by an outside source, like a police theft ID. RaceInc. serial numbered these bikes on the outside of the right hand dropout, if it ain't there it's been grounded off!

Post by: RaceGTinc. on January 02, 2008, 11:18 AM: As far as I know you can't get the exact date of a RaceInc. like you can GT, Mongoose, etc. But the RM-2 was manufactured from 1981-1984.
