It looks like a Scorpion but someone has fooked about with the gusset  ???  fook knows  :-\

It's deffo a late Scorpion but with a fooked about gusset; the frames were all the same on the models except the later Team and other later models which didn't have gussets.  I'd guess a late one as the early ones had the serial number at the bottom of the seat post tube...
