:) Go for the Profile.I`d think the Shimano DXR will make your bike look like a BMX with MTB cranks .Also Odyssey 41 Thermals (not the Wombolts) maybe worth considering.

I had some DXR on my Supercross before I sold it. They are real stiff, super responsive and easy to set up with the hollowtech bb. which also helps to reduce weight cant remember exact weight though.

They are chunky though but I found them much better than the profiles.

But its down to personal preference

Profiles all the way for me but I do like the Odyssey Thermals too.

What kind of bike are the cranks for?

If it's a race bike, I'd go with the DXRs.

If it's a freestyle bike, go for a cro-mo crank like Profile or Odyssey.

Its a race 24" Cruiser bike...

But I think the DXR are a bit expensive !!!

I really dont know, but thank you for the very different and good answers.

I agree, DXRs aren't cheap, but they're very good (the best) cranks for racing.  So easy to install, service and remove as well.

If on a budget, I would put Redline Flites on a race bike.

Put XT's on if the DXR price is an issue  :daumenhoch:
