Title: gt sealed hubs...are they valuable?
Post by: Jt on January 05, 2008, 03:31 PM
have these from a bike i bought ages ago....excellent used 7x laced to nice sealed gt hubs...

i was thinking about splitting the wheels to polish up the rims and relace em to some black hubs...are the GT hubs valuable?

I wouldn't say they where overly valuable generally fetch suzue money, i have a set on some skinnies, nice smooth hubs but don't fetch the bullseye/hutch/son lite etcetera money.......

so if i was to ask 120 quid or value them at that for trades( for the wheel set complete) would that be a fair price?

the wheels are true and run smooth ???

I'd say that was a good price JT - seen those hubs make good money on us ebay - bit of polish and there come up a treat - looks like a nice set or wheels - great hubs them.
