ANY SUGGESTIONS??
i got a suntour freewheel fitted
to a suzue hub and i cant get the **^^%&$$KING thing off >:( >:( >:(
the hub is out of the wheel  so i cant use the wheel as leveredge
i have  the correct freewheel removal tool and have had the hub soaking
in wd40 overnight but still it wont budge.
ive even gone to the extreme of fitting a chain type oil filter puller and
pulling as hard as possible with no luck
all Ive managed to do up to this stage is chew up the hub  :'( :'(

lace it back in a old wheel is the best way, dont have to be pukka, just so you can give it some grief, if that dont work throw the fooker in the bin and get a new one.

Couldn't you protect the hub and wack it in a vice, then use the freewheel tool ... ??

Best way is as Pete says, rebuild it on one side and then using a freewheel remover put it in a vice and turn the rim to remove  :daumenhoch:.

If your not bothered about the freewheel....use small cutting wheel cutting wheel in a dremel and prise apart with a screwdriver.......just be careful not to cut right down to the threads on hub  :)

ive seen this question on here before from another member...
and i have also had the same myself years ago, i had a shimano dx 16t-
stuck fast on a peregrine super pro hub.I tried the vice and big wrench idea,
and it was only when the hub was crushed beyond any chance of ever-
relacing it ;I came to the decision........
ALWAYS REMOVE FREEWHEEL FROM HUB BEFORE UNLACING OR CUTTING SPOKES OFF1
only by relacing the hub to a rim, can you realisticly get it off otherwise.
it is such a shame to see low flange hubs with sprockets still attached...
as they are basicly rendured useless.
