Jose was the guy who backflipped in 'Rad The Movie' plus he was on the cover of BMX Plus riding for Hutch doing a flip.

Rumour had it that he could backflip a motorbike at the time and went to the major manufacturers for sponsorship to do whows and they thought he was a nut so he started doing it on BMX's instead.  Just a rumour though....

i can remember being amazed by the yanez flip BITD as far as i know he was the first , and for a while the only, cant remember the lycra though ? id have been padded up to fook personally
