Does anyone have a picture of one ? and a bit of info about them ..

Here you go. The top longer one is Redline the other is a shorter Tange version.
Cro-mo and slightly fluted that's it in a nutshell other than they are rare and hard to find!!

Yup!
And 2 different diameters:
22.2mm (standard)
22.6mm (I have one of these kicking about somewhere)

I have a seat post it's badly scratched up and can just make out it was made by "Strong Japan" on the bottom of it, and it has 2 flutes each side with a black strip inserted into the flute .. finally took some pics of it ..

Thats an SR strongarm
came standard on the MK1 cromo buner
rare , but as they were chromed alloy they got fooked pretty quick
and giv us a bicky
