Title: Rear brake caliper question
Post by: ducati ste on January 11, 2008, 04:23 PM
Need to get some brake calipers for the build, nearly there now these are the last few bits to complete.

Want to put the caliper down by the bottom bracket. (http://www.radbmx.co.uk/archive/albums/ff70/ste996/CIMG0063.jpg)

What calipers will suit this location.

AD990 would be correct for the year, but a Nippon would be ok if you want caliper/sidepull  :)

i think a nice polished 990 would be awsome on your streetscene :4_17_5:

you need to remove the paint on the mounts though or they won't work ;)

I would have thought a centre pull as left/right would catch on either your feet or your chainring  :daumenhoch:

Give Billy's a call though just to double check before you order  :daumenhoch:.
