Ok, I'm getting this Gen 1 copy frame in soon from Greg but I already have one in the loft with proper Gen 1 copy forks on it... but my one in the loft doesn't have this brake-coaster thingy, whereas the one I'm buying from Greg, does!
So the one in the loft could be ideal for a Torker replica and I could just switch the forks from that onto Greg's and job is done, no need to hunt for Gen 1 copy forks! :daumenhoch:
Now obviously I will need some Torker style forks of some kind and also I will need to get most/all of the holes filled in on the bike to make it look like the one below, so I'll pass that on to my bro next week in the metal shop. Personally, I love Lazychubs Torker 280x, that is what I'm going to aim for (pic below), as it looks god damn sexy! :smitten:
So the decision has been made, turn one of these gen 1 copy frames into Torker! Actually the serial stamp on this copy frame starts I believe with TK? ???
So I'll be on the lookout then for the following (if anyone has any of this stuff please get in touch....)
* Torker style forks
* Torker pad set (re-pop will do)
* Torker style handlebars
* Torker 280x decals
The rest I have basically. What do you reckon? I think it stops all this Bulls**t about changing the Gen 1 into something it isn't i.e. white etc.. Also this Torker replica frame by the way I will get rechromed like the photo below. Quite excited really :D

beware,as i bought some from alans,and the yellow lettering was transparent, and you could see the colour of the frame through, they were alright on white frames, but on any other colour no good. i think he may have had a bad batch because his replacment decals were the same, i am having 20 sets made by a printer who says they will be perfect, he said it would cost me no more to have 20 sets made than make 1 set, so i will sell the other sets to get my money back, sam.

there the wrong stickers on that torker
