That's a nice build Dan, looks spot on to me :daumenhoch:
-
That is cool as fook, really nice :daumenhoch: whats the score with the cam plate?
-
it needs a posi stop so will get that soon but no rush
-
it should work fine without a pozistop, just thought you knew a midschool tweak with the cam plate being backside first, hadnt read your first bit properly about you waiting on an inner :idiot2:
that stems really nice too, :daumenhoch:
what bars?
-
jp pro race pedals
jp pro stem
401 full wraps with flight ring
s&m bars early but not woody style

Wow, very business-like, looks ready to go...fast.
My only query would be over the seat, a bit late or no? (yep, I know, like Alex says, I'm "a slave to era correctness")

That's a crackin bike
Lovely jubbly :4_17_5:
-
Dan, Im glad you didnt do anything stupid to it like some of your other builds. If you had made another Big Daddy or Trickstar out of this one Id have been gutted! :2funny:
It looks way way nice. Lovin the cranks and chainring. So nice that you have got undrilled challenger forks. The bars are great, I dont think youd want real early slams on a challenger.
I dont really like the pedals (too bling) or the stem (I prefer front loaders) but thats just me, its your bike!

now thats a rad idea
-
hmmm good idea :daumenhoch:
-
worked a treat, it was a larger cable adjuster out of a tech 77.
-
Didnt the cam pull to one side something awful?
-
worked a treat.
-
That Challenger scrubbed up really nicely, Dan :daumenhoch:
I'll have to send mine around to yours for a refurb ;)
Those stickers from my sticker man look awesome.
A tip with the Pitbull - use a Pozi Stop, but run it upside down and have the outer cable around the seat clamp as vertical as possible.
-
nice ride I really like those
