Title: Check out this rare beast.......
Post by: revcore on February 06, 2008, 09:24 AM: Here's a rare beast that most of you may have never seen before let alone even knew existed. It belongs to a friend of mine. Unsure of the year but it is in near mint condition with almost no marks on the drop outs. The frame and forks are perfect and still have the original decals on them. It currently has GT sealed hubs with hollow axles laced to Araya 7X's and has original Tioga Comp III tires.

Is your mate building that up or thinking of parting with it?
(I'd be interested in the wheels/tyres if it's splitting.. ;) )

Agreed the drop out looks like an akizu welded upside down.

Post by: revcore on February 13, 2008, 04:00 AM: I went and had another look at the DB cruiser today.....The top tube measures 20" from center to center. Also noticed there is no serial number anywhere on the frame.
