Title: how do i get a rusty freewheel of my yellow tuffs????

your local bike shop should do it for a quid !

I take mine to a small bike shop round the corner, as it's easier and safer than ruining a wheel - especially if the freewheel may be rusted on, so no point in taking chances...

there are other ways though

I think the most common way is to mount the tool in a vice, then offer the wheel onto it, then twist the wheel to undo.  A friend on mine made his own freewheel remover (4 pronged thing) and welded it to a long bolt. he then bolted it in place of the axle. It made the whole job a lot easier when pissing around trying to get it in the vice/on the freewheel.

Personally, I've always been able to loosen mine with a well aimed steel punch and a bloody good whack with a hammer.  I'm not sure you want to do that with tuffs though, I'm not sure how well they'd handle the shock of the blow...
