As it says guys I need a first class Chroming job done on my CC Prolite, do you have any numbers and addreses?

PM Steve ( se ) on here , he's used London chroming ( I think it's called ! lol ) on his GT Expert & it's probably the best job I've seen ;) .

They are good and have a web site to show off some projects etc but they are very expensive!!
Also try Stidds as the people who did his quad appear to have done a blinding job too. I am saving pennies to send my Star to them to get re-done as the 1st re-chrome aint good enough :-\

Just called them 285 + vat for frame and forks + courier so round about 400 pound for a re-chrome......
Way too much for me guys but thanks all the same

Sean (Stidds) used Doug Taylor at Weston Super Mare. Have a look at his quad, it's awesome. Also take a look at my TRM freestyler in the Bike of the Year thread, Doug did that too. He triple plates (showchrome) as standard so is not cheap - but definately worth it. I got frame/forks and bars done and got pennies change from 300 sheets.

Should give you ab idea of Doug's handy work ! The bloke is awesome - frame and forks usually around £160 unless your Cherrypicker :daumenhoch:

Doug taylor did my Proclass too, very good job. Have to say not the best i've had done but his work is very consistent. :daumenhoch:

Isn't that mob that vert-ego uses supposed to be very good too? South Coast Chrome or summat?

i use hampshire electroplaters in southampton and have been happy with there work they charge about £150 for frame forks and bars,they also have a web site ;)

I can't praise Doug Taylors enough, top notch job, 4 week turn around and F&F chromed for about £180.

Yeah, fair shout Nick, Dougs quote was £160+vat, but I had extra polishing done because frame was rough ::)
