Title: What's this cruiser? Looks like a Diamondback???

Spotted this on the German eBay site :-\  I can't say I've seen one of these before.  The headtube gusset looks a bit like a Diamondback but weren't most DBs looptails???   Is it a Diamondback or just some European snide?

looks like diamond back gusset, but has puch decals on it i think.  :buck2:
