Title: Powder coat question for the Don
Post by: muttley on February 22, 2008, 08:06 AM
If you have a frame repair IE dent repair, i suppose its done using filler, but my my query is if you then have the frame powdercoated does that area still get coated or as its not metal will it not adhere  ???

Cheers

Ross.

ross, you can't powder over body filler, what happens is that when the frame reaches

180degrees in heat in the oven,  the filler goes soft and starts to bubble, :daumenhoch:
