Title: How do I fit Kool Kaps?
Post by: kennyhunter6061 on February 24, 2008, 09:32 PM
I've just got myself some newschool Graphite Skyways and a set of the gold Kool Kap alloy hub covers, you know the ones - You stick them on your newschool plastic hubbed Skyways to make them look like the original Campag alloy hubbed ones from bitd.  Anyway, has anyone else tried fitting these to their Skyways?  I don't know what I expected but they on't clip on, or have any obvious way of attaching them to the wheels.  They look as if they need to be glud on in some way but, understandably, I am a bit reluctant to break out the supaglue and mess up my new wheels.  Can anyone suggest a good way of sticking them to the wheel without making it impossible to remove them, or cause damage/marks to the wheels?  Thanks guys.
