Title: More history San Diego Wheels April 1977

This is going to hurt.  First turn at Rancho:

In 77 there were 6 tracks within a 50 mile San Diego area.  Usually running quarter finals in most classes including sidehacks.  Doug Davis, Bo Stevens, Eddy King,  Mike King, Bob Haro, and many other famous cats came from these breeing grounds.

Any of those tracks still exist? I'm gonna be staying near to Rancho Santa Fe in March. I wouldn't mind taking a day out to visit a couple of these legendary tracks.
