Title: PRE REGISTRATION FOR HERSDEN APRIL 6th 2008

Same drill as last year everyone, all OLD SKOOL riders for Hersden in 2008 must pre reg on rad by sending me (TK the MIC) a pm .
You can now do so for our first meeting on April 6th from now. Closing date for pre reg is 7pm on Saturday 5th April.
If you do pre reg and your plans change and you cant make it pleaselet me know the same way.

All riders must put the following on their pms

Your proper name

your race plate number.

Hope to see as many of you there as poss. 33 Old Skool riders is our record. Will It be beat in 08

Just to let you know Zippy will be riding all Hersden Sumer series races with his Number 1 plate.  :daumenhoch:

All other races will be raced using his number 34 plate.  :daumenhoch:

As a point though surely Tony can only ride the Number 1 plate in the winter series later this year as the defending champion.

I think Jason Harvey is the only rider entitled to ride with the number 1 plate at all OSSS08 races, with me being entitled to ride with the number 1 at the Hersden rounds.  ;)

There's gonna be a lot of X's on plates with all these different No.1s flying around.

Perhaps you guys should have a unification race like they have in Boxing to determine the true No.1  ;)

There's only 1 sumer series champion and that's Jason.

Unfortunately when you race at Hersden they're in their own summer series then I'm also entitled to ride with my Number 1 plate.

However what I'll do is stick to my number 34 this year so that Jason can ride as the champion with the number 1 plate. :daumenhoch:

as defending hersden champ zippy will ride his hersden summer series no 1 plate at hersden rounds.anyone else will have to have an X on their plate.the tital was hard earned and respect must be given to it.this goes for all last years hersden champs.

Just for the record Zipps, the current #1 is me, the series is back to back so your position in the winter series dictates the plate you use in the summer :daumenhoch:

I might run with #5 at Hersden but I will let ya know Tone,

Don't forget the added attraction at Hersden this year, of the all-in mud wrestling, between Simon "Zippy" Barnes and the defending champion Nikki " webdawg" Webb
Also appearing on the support bill we have David "The Elbow" Glendower against anyone he feels like, while Tony "796" Riley goes against 20 other riders, and also we have Jazzyje taking on any gobby local hoods that could be "up for it".

Always good to have the Humps about, heard that you have working your magic over at Herne Bay, where I have still yet to go over and have a look.
Only eight riders in so far, but there is still two weeks to go. Will also be taking names at Daggers on March 30th, will be making a real nuisance of myself among the o/s riders :knuppel2:. will also try gathering support for other classes too, looks like there is support for the Cruisers, but this support has to be sustained throughout the season to make it worth while.
Looking forward to getting back behind the mic again after five months away, apologies for not coming throughout the winter, but next week I will see you all at daggers ;D
