I LOVE THIS PHOTO OF ME JUMPING A SET OF BIG DOUBLES. NOT SURE ON THE TRACK THOUGH BUT FROM A PRACTICE SESSION. NOTE JASON HARVEY IN THE BACKGROUND WITH THE PINK RACE TOP ON. NOT SURE ABOUT THE HAND ON HIP. ALSO STEVEN REHNAM IN HIS RALEIGH KIT AT THE GATE.

Nice pics mate, i love looking at old school race pics.
Shoreham, decent track, raced there a few times. Rob Marshall (B'mouth rider ) always did well there.

The last shot of you jumping the big doubles is HARVINGTON RAIDERS track you can tell by the start gate and the lights box great pics all the best WOODY :) :)

Brilliant pics phil :daumenhoch: thats the doubles at harvington raiders track :4_17_5: that was my old club,myself and pro-tec tim were there that day i think it was a regional and me and pro-tec raced in 16 year olds novice for some reason :-\

Nice pics........didn't those helium filled baloons get in the way? sure they helped your jumping but muat have been hell on the flats ;D

And those pink sweatshirts were the Harvington Raiders team jerseys! Harvington was my home track too, I helped build it with Gary Llewellyn and Ken Walkling.

Harvington (along wiv Buckmore) was my home track too. I remember coming back from I think a Hounslow meeting and checkin out the track while it was being built. I remember a lot of the Youngs guys there helping out that particular day. Used to love the Wednesday (i think) club series :)

Think it was a thursday night :daumenhoch: they gave out some massive trophies and the end of the summer series :4_17_5: i did it in 85 and 86,i used to work down the road at s.g.smith volvo as a trainee mechanic then cycle there for there after work to do the series :4_17_5:

Nice pics phil, Ken Wilson will be pleased you're giving him free advertising in the 4th pic. Those doubles at Folkestone look so puny now, but I remember loads of crashes when people were just starting out down there BITD!!!
