24tpi are for all tuff wheels but 26tpi are for all other wheels inc skyway coaster brake. also depends what year the tuffs are , are they new or older tuffs? if they are genuine older tuffs then 10mm they should be. but skyway did have some funny axle sizes.

There used to be one size for tuffs and another for non-tuffs BUT the latest set of tuffs i got had the tuff size on the rear 24tpi(coaster brake ones) and the one on the front is a 26tpi
Check the nuts, they might be stamped with the size.

Generally most Skyway Tuff Wheels use a 3/8" (10mm) axle with 26tpi on the front wheel, and 24tpi on the rear wheel.
I hope that helps ya!

I also found this to be true.
So you need to get 24tpi 3/8" (10mm) pegs for the rear.
the rears as far as I know are ALWAYS 24tpi 3/8" but the fronts can vary, but most you will see are 26tpi.
and I think Suntour might have had 28tpi threads, and then made 26tpi coloured axle nuts...most confusing.
