Probably. I actually found my old JMC kit bag in my garage when moving house in June. Still in great shape as been kept inside. have been using to carry race kit and helmet to races recently for good luck. Also have one of the JMC seatposts with the crest stamped on the end on my old shadow. Seen one on E-Bay US raise a good price about 6 months ago.
