Title: cruiser help

just been on me new cruiser for first time and the front wheel is glued to the floor .hows best way of lightening the feel of the front end.

what effects it so i can try changed
bars width
bars height
wheelbase is pretty much slammed

width wont do a lot

raising the stem will help , itl put more weigh over the rear

can you bring the rear wheel any further forward ? a shorter rear will pick up easier

and a shorter stem would work
i rode jims floval flyer and i couldnt manual that either
