Title: taking stickers off bmx pads

ive got a set of mongoose pads on my silverfox but would love them just to be black with no decals etc on them.any way of getting the stickers/transfers off?

I would say that ironing the back of the pad would probably do it - maybe lay the decal side down on a towel or something like that so that the decal transfers to it.

**** I HAVENT TRIED THIS SO YOUR ON YOUR OWN MATE.....IT MAY FOOK THE PAD UP OR IT MAY WORK. ****
Just a thought. heat it up with steam from the kettle maybe.  Good luck.

it would be a shame mate to ruin the mongoose pads
and i think if you do manage to remove the decals it will leave
bits within the grain.
your best bet would be to buy a plain black set.
there is a couple of guys on here that do repo pads im sure
someone would sell you a blank set :daumenhoch:

cellulose thinners took the print of my haro pads. other people have had mixed results though.

HOT WATER MATE.IT SHOULD MELT THE GLUE.
AND PILL OFF.NOT 100% SURE BUT SHOULD WORK..................
