Title: On ebay but what is it?

Hi, was just wondering if anyone could tell me what this is?  i sort of recognise the rear dropouts, they look a bit like old haro ones? but not sure.  probably just a cheapy clone, as the headtube looks like its 1 1/8 inch tbh
