Just won this on the bay. Watched it all week and no one was bidding on it , think the chap put it in the wrong place , as the title was firebird freestyler not Old school bmx firebird freestyler( which would have given him more of a market , i did mean to send him a message suggesting that to him, must have slipped my mind :LolLolLolLol:) starting bid was £220 and it stayed like that right down to the last 20 seconds , when someone bid £225, i got it for £235 +post , so there must have been just me and this chap watching the fooker :LolLolLolLol: Also can anyone shed light on the mags , hes listed them as skyway oe :-\ the only thing i can find about em is they were on this skyway complete bike which were being sold from skyway in 88 i think :daumenhoch:

SKYWAY OE wheels as fitted on some GT performers, 84 I think...
GT experts correct me if I'm wrong ;)

The OE's came out in late 85. They were first put on the Skyway Street Stylers.
How much would you say a set of OE's would fetch these days?

Well done mate, I was watching it all week also, sadly I was watching it the week before as well - when no one bid on it!!!!!!!! :-\
I got the last 'bird on ebay for £180, but it's turned out to be a bit rough in places. I think you paid a fair price there!! :daumenhoch:
Got any big plans for it?
