Title: Best way to remove rattle can spray and removing paint from Shimano DXs

Got to strip a pair of landing gear forks that have been rattle can sprayed what's the best way of getting it off?

Also need to get the remaining paint of of some DXs before getting them powdered. Heard that they weren't annodised so how can i get the paint off?

jim i have some ind strenght paint stripper if ya wanna borrow some
i bought a gallon of it at £40

however the corneres need some effort to get out the paint , i used a wooden kebab squer (sp) to rub off the stuff in the edges and corners

well the stuff i have if used in the garage gives the maddest buzz ever lol
so must use outside
