Title: what are these fork's any idea!

 As the title say's really if you want more pic's let me know.

The welding appers to be realy neat and tidy.

They look like generic Tange ARX copies, Moore and Large used to import these and I'm sure Landar marketed a similar if not the same set  :daumenhoch:

are they open ended at the bottom, i.e. not blanked off

sorry took so long to re-post,  they are Closed ended, there is still some bits of red (metalic I think) paint. i was thinking of selling them
