Title: cruiser gearing help again again Sorry

Im a bit of a dumb ass when it comes to gear ratios and all that,
If i've got a 16t freewheel whats the smallest freewheel i can use on a cruiser that wont spin like a hamster?

cheers it seems the smallest i can use is a 44.

or if you have a flip flop hub (large thread one side, smaller on the other)

Or you could change to a 15T freewheel that fits std hubs (same thread as a 16/17/18 t freewheel)

i'll be using tuffs on a cruiser can you get smaller than a 16t on them
