. . . . fit a coaster brake to brand new(plastic centred) tuffs?

You can however buy them new with a coaster allready installed  :daumenhoch:

you can also fit a 14t sprocket on the new coaster tuffs and use a 39t chainwheel on your cranks :daumenhoch:
