Title: RIP OFF BIKE SHOP?
Post by: HEYWOOD BMX on April 04, 2008, 03:19 PM
:) Popped into a bikeshop this afternoon, asked if they had any BMX stuff in.Old fart proprietor says no,doesn`t get many sales for BMX gear. Not surprising,at £32 for a Freak Factory GT Piston copy stem and £28 for a pair of Rush U brakes (minus cables/levers) Robbing git. At prices like that he deserves to go under!

The Midlands - Market Harborough to be precise.

You after a set of tyres or a wheelset Pickle?? Let me know what your after.

Forgot to mention I picked up 2sets of b/trap pedals at £5 a pair, he's got tonnes of old/mid school stuff lying around.

I've told him it's worth a bob or two, but he's not interested!!   :uglystupid2:

I'll post a pic of the wheelset (£32) he's knocked up for my Free Agent Raceway, look very nice   :)
