More old school pics, this time from the Champion of champions meeting, Himley hall in Dudley.
I think in 86
From what i remember this track was built specifically for this meeting.

 ;D I remember this meeting very well, they were still finishing the track the day before the race. Paul Roberts tested the big doubles after completion & crashed 1st go!!!
Nice pic of Mr Welsh styling with Winnie, year was 1987 by the way ::)

Looks to me like Tamworth the year before,loved that track.
 Remember the Himley Hall COC too,the whole track thing was a bit of a farce,strange thing is....I rememeber being there in the grandstand and definatley raced but cant remember racing at all......weird  :uglystupid2:!!!

Last Himley hall pic is me sucking big time in last place...
Didnt make the final.

Im sure the tamworth pics were a national meet, i still have the programme!!
