   CAN ANY BODY TELL ME WHAT THE MACHINE IS CALLED THAT FIXES THE BEARING CUPS INTO THE FRAME?

I've seen people use large G clamps too, use some solid wood behind the bearing cup and against the frame the other side and just do once bearing cup at a time.
A press is better but can cost quite a few ££

Freeze the cups over night and then gently hammer them in before they thaw out  :daumenhoch:

Copper hammer, coppers softer than the bearing material so doesn't mark em.
