Title: Very very early TV interview with Neil Ruffell aged 14

Andy R has been busy putting lots more footage onto YouTube.  Still going through lots of it, but saw this and thought that any footage of Neil needs to be shared. Early TV interview of Neil aged 14. I've never seen this before.
