Title: Shoutbox time vs Site Time

Is there a difference between the 2?

I posted a message at 12:30pm (I think) and it says the shout went out at 11:13. Also the RAD clock seems to be about 18 minutes out anyway.

I'm confused! :crazy2:

its always been like this, i posted at 5.20 am a week back, and it said 4.10 am  :crazy2: its like back to the future, but with out the little guy    :LolLolLolLol:

I've been noticing it for ages, only bothered to shout about it tonight! It's annoying!
