looks like your stem is already at the top of the forks? so you cant raise them, only thing you can do is flip the stem,
can you post a pic from the front?
:) DINGO :)

hows this?

as dingo said flip your stem around , theres no more height there, :daumenhoch:
-
on the top of the forks is a cap, in the centre of that cap is an allen bolt (in the pic it has a rubber bung in it) take this and the cap off,
loosen the two bolts at the side of the stem and it should slide off the forks
undo the 4 bolts holdin the bars on,take the front plate off, flip the stem and refit front plate, redo the bolts for the bars
slide the stem back on the forks leaving the two bolts on the side loose, refit the top cap and bolt and tighten it JUST ENOUGH TO TAKE THE PLAY OUT OF THE HEADSET then tighten the two side bolts on the stem
the top cap/bollt is only there to adjust the compression of the headset NOT hold the stem on
Hope this explains it?
:) DINGO :)

cheers fellas :daumenhoch:
i will give that a go 2nite

when you tighten the top bolt push down on the stem/forks to aid the compression, normal tightening of the bolt is not normally enough.
bloody newfangledshite!!!
arer you still local?? cos if you are having probs pop round as ill be in the garage throwing spanners around!
