I know there was a thread the other day about ebay auctions before they have finished but dont think this will be most people's cup of tea

The guy who's winning the auction, well I've seen that name chucking well over the odd's money at something else , maybe the pink araya hutch type rims on us ebay....6 feedback. Something smells funny...

Based on this, you can get a Gyro for about a tenner , bit of paint, auction (quoting nagging wife), and then retire - genius, why didn't I think of this...£350+ for a Gyro can't be right can it?
