Title: Pro nek bolt question
Post by: Waxintaxin on December 31, 2005, 12:40 PM
OK , got a rebuild kit and the new bolt has a larger thread than the wedge I have. any ideas
the bolt on the left is the new one and the wedge fits the right hand one

as you can see i got a new top bolt as well , any one see if thats the right size thread as well , as i cant get the original one off

Per chance did you purchase a Tuff Neck rebuild kit?

Tuff Neck and Pro Neck are different thread patterns :(

I have been warned about Zapper's auction, although he lists them as compatible with the Pro, i have it on good authority that it aint true.

Thus rendering the use of the word 'slag' applicable once more.
