Title: S&M LTF Frames
Post by: lodge on May 07, 2008, 06:01 PM
There's several new S&M LTF's on the bay at the moment , I was wondering if anyone has bought one in the past off the same guy?
They seem a good buy and well below the retail price. any info appreciated.

ive been thinking about buying a ltf off him (the candy blue one) and i think where he is a ebay business he prob has less over heads so can afford to sell them cheaper than most shops, the candy blue one isnt the only one in the world  this is Mike Saavedra's LTF

im pretty sure s&m will have one sprayed that colour if u asked them, also that ebay candy blue ltf has gyro tab mounts which the ltf normally dosent come with so its prob a special order in that colour with the tab mounts

im very tempted to buy it but im worried ill kill it like i did my laf

That bike was Arrash Saidi's bike, it was the actual first LTF (pre production) and he was riding it when he was in the UK last summer. The pic was taken at the Empire of Dirt event in Devon. I also took a photo of his bike at a race at Milton Keynes. The bike next to it is my 1990 mk1 Holmes.

I have a brand new black 20.75" LTF frame sitting here

it's a custom made one with 74.5 degree headangle (I don't like the 75 degree headangle)

It's was built up and ridden for one night while I paint stripped my prototype BSD frame

anyway it's sitting here doing nothing, mint condition, anyone want to buy it???
