If someone has the link to bleeching white tuffs, same thing.
Basically scrubb with scourer using jif or whatever its called now until clean.
Soak in bleech (not diluted)for week in large container. Just buy cheap bleech form Tesco 27p stuff as you will need a fair bit.
It take alot of patience, but it'll be worth it .
Sure someone does Z rim decals for rims.
Hope this helps

do i need to strip them down?or can i do with them still with hubs and spokes?
-
the ones you just got need bit work they need stripping down firstly.then wet dry or scalpel off the brake rub .clean with jif or similar until as clean as you can get em then into bleach for couple weeks or so .they are cream not white anyways i believe

If your removing the hubs, remember to get the freewheel off first :daumenhoch:

or yer could go buy some jif sink cleaner with bleach n give em a good scrub with that after usein some wet n dry sand paper p600 to get the break marks off first
once yer done rinse well n rub spokes with wd40 or like to stop em coroding
