pedals maybe?

a fancy stem?

fly brake?

superlight colony lever?

if you want it genuinely personalized, ride it all summer, strip it for a week in the winter and send it of to SB dan for some swish as fook powder coat ;)

theres an irony in asking people what they would change if you wanted to personalise something

id fook the pivotal off - just dont like them  :yahoo_silent:

not a fan of names on tyres either

well the obvious things:

brake cable in a different colour, grips, seat, but to be honest it's all good stuff. ride it and change things later.

(ps: if you do change the seat and post i'll take em off your hands)

you have to understand, here in grantham its still 1987 and thatcher is still in number ten,

my mum still goes to work on a horse :daumenhoch:
:LolLolLolLol:

seriously though,

best advice i can give is ride it for a while, you'll start to get an idea of what YOU want it to feel like and what to change,

back when i wer a laD  ;D i struggled to keep a bike running

id blow the spare money on sweets , weed and hos  ;D

let me guess , it hurts at the base of the bicep ? relax your arm and gently rub the area with your thumb  :daumenhoch:

deep heat is a worthwhile purchase and for the best personalisation get some kooky stickers made , a mate had a kitkat sticker on his bike  8) i always wanted a spar sticker for mine  :D

Whip the tire off and bin them - then stick on a set of khe's.Instant weight loss and faster running.

the khe premium folding tyres? are the street more durable seeing as they have the thicker sidewall? these would be more appropriate yes?

I'd say you're wasting your money buying an off the shelf complete only to start buying replacement parts straight away!? Just enjoy it & as you ride it more & more you'll see what doesn't work with/for you & you'll know what changes you need to make as you go along ;)

Nice ride too :daumenhoch:
