hey everyone.
my NS racer, a 2006 Felt Sector is in need of some new wheels and i was thinking about putting some ACS Z Rims on it. i mean they're plastic so they must be lighter than normal wheels but could they take the strenghts of NS BMX racing???? help???

:) They`ll look good, but they do flex a fair old bit,but it`s your bike so go for it and see how it rides.I run a fair few older parts on my NS bike,A-Brake,Black Widow pedals & A`me grips-all good!!
-
but how bad do they flex? it would be cool to race on Z rims! if they do flex how do i get rid of the flex???!!!???
-
you cant get ride of the flex and they will flex
a few members race them in the os series so ask them.
you can run acs z 48s now they are stiffer.
-
but they're much rarer and more expensive! or are they? ??? ???
-
yep they are but im sure you can find some and would help in your quest to use some.
