It does say the bike was built from a Nos Frameset :-\
& yes Serial number on the rear dropout, but I would say there is no question is genuine :)

Its mine..... couldnt give it away on ere, its not nos and not described as nos, i bought it last year as a complete bike built around a nos frameset, i bought it to use and did till i realised new school bikes were better for skatepark use
The serial number is on the inside of the rear right dropout (chain side) its just not come out in the pic, its 85101802 if your interested
I'll ad it to the ebay ad when i get 5 mins...... watchin the penalties at the mo!

Read the listing correctly FFS!
It clearly states that when he originally bought it it was built from a NOS F&F....not that it's NOS now. Anyone other than Stevie Wonder and can see that.....and you obviously!
And just in case you were wondering I've seen this F&F in the flesh and it's as genuine as Bob Haro himself.
